Terms & Conditions

01 Who you are dealing with
You are dealing with Abdulhamid, working independently. Booking a call or sending a form means you accept what is on this page.
Where we sign a proposal or a scope of work, that document governs the work it describes, and this page covers everything else.
02 What I do
Performance marketing and e-commerce growth: audits, conversion work, retention and lifecycle, paid media, analytics and tracking, and building or training in-house teams.
I do not give legal, tax or accounting advice.
03 The free call
The fifteen-minute call costs nothing and commits neither of us to anything. It is a conversation about whether the work makes sense, not a deliverable.
I may say it does not. I will say so on the call, not after an invoice.
04 Quotes and payment
A quote is issued in the currency your business trades in. Where that differs from the currency I am paid in, the exchange rate on the day of invoicing applies, and any bank or transfer fee is yours.
Fees are agreed in writing before any paid work starts, and invoices are due within fourteen days. A paid session cancelled inside the rescheduling window described below is not refunded.
05 Rescheduling
You can move or cancel a booked call up to twenty-four hours before it starts, using the link in your confirmation. Inside that window, or if you do not show up, the session counts as delivered.
If I cancel, you choose: the next available slot, or your money back in full.
06 What I need, and what stays private
The work needs access to your numbers — analytics, ad accounts, orders. You confirm you are entitled to give that access.
I keep everything you show me confidential, and I sign an NDA before touching your data if you want one. No figure, screenshot or name of yours appears anywhere without your written approval.
07 Results
The figures on this site describe work I have done. They are not a forecast and not a promise of what your business will do. Results depend on your product, pricing, margins, stock, market and competitors, and on decisions the advertising platforms make that nobody controls.
I agree with you what success means before starting, and I review the work against that. I do not guarantee a particular return, cost per acquisition or revenue figure.
08 Ownership, platforms, and ending
What I produce for you is yours once it is paid for. The methods and templates behind it stay mine, as does this site and its contents.
The work runs on platforms I do not own. If one suspends an account or changes its rules, that is outside my control, and I will help you deal with it.
Either of us can end the work with thirty days' written notice, and what has already been delivered is payable.
