01 Who I am

I am Abdulhamid, an independent marketing and e-commerce consultant.

02 What I collect

What you type: your name, email, phone number, any message, and the details of a call you book.

What the site records on its own: the page you arrived on, the site that sent you, and the campaign and click identifiers carried in the link — the usual utm_ parameters, plus the advertising identifiers used by Google, Meta and TikTok. Your IP address and browser are also processed, as described below.

What I generate: the time your email or phone was confirmed by code, and my own notes on our conversations.

03 Why

To reply to you, to run the call or the work you asked for, to check that a submission is real rather than automated, to send booking confirmations and reminders, and to know which campaigns actually produce enquiries.

If you asked for marketing email, I send it until you unsubscribe — which every message lets you do in one click.

04 Who else sees it

I do not sell your data. It reaches these services, and only so the site can work:

• Supabase — everything above; it is where the site's database lives.
• Meta and TikTok — your email, phone and first name encrypted one way, so they cannot be read back; your IP address and browser as they are, which both platforms require to match an advert to a result.
• Google Analytics — no name, email or phone; only page and event data.
• Google Calendar — call times, to check availability and send the invitation.
• WhatsApp — your phone number and the message, for codes and reminders.
• Email delivery — your name and email address.

These services run servers in other countries, so your data is stored outside the country you are browsing from.

05 How long I keep it

Enquiries that do not become work: two years from our last contact. Client records: seven years after the work ends, for accounting. Advertising records: about two years.

Ask me to delete your data sooner and I will, unless I am required to keep it.

06 Your choices

You can ask me for a copy of your data, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to hello@yourdomain.com and I will answer within thirty days.

The site uses cookies to remember your language and appearance, to keep you signed in, and for the advertising measurement above. You can block or clear them in your browser; the site still works, but it will forget your language.

07 Children, and changes

This site sells professional services to businesses. It is not for children, and I do not knowingly collect their data.

If I change this page, the version published here is the one that applies.
